Biography

Based in Irving, Texas, Veronica joined ACPA in March of 2025. As the Director of Events, she is responsible for leading and collaborating with teams for the financial and operational success of conferences and professional events. In this role, Veronica’s duties include planning, budgeting, programming, registration, logistics, vendor contracts, partnerships and sponsorships for each conference or event.

Veronica has 13 years of experience working for trade associations, serving memberships of certified public accountants, natural gas industry professionals as well as professionals in the promotional products industry. A majority of her career has been planning and delivering destination conferences, including events in Brazil and London. She also worked in live radio event production, was an executive assistant at a civil engineering firm, and worked as a licensed auto service counselor for the Gecko (GEICO).

Fun Fact: 
Veronica loves music of all genres, dancing and going to concerts and festivals. She loves spending quality time with her family, and is always looking for a new adventure for the family to experience - from swimming in a waterfall in Hawai’i to an evening walk through the “Harry Potter Forbidden Forest” to rubber duck races and renaissance festivals.
