The Mel C. Marshall Scholarship
Established as a tribute to the legacy of Mel C. Marshall, this scholarship was officially launched during the 2024 Pipe School. The primary objective is to honor Mel's unwavering commitment to teaching and advancing knowledge within the concrete pipe industry. By creating this scholarship, the organizers aim to ensure the continuation of Mel's impact, both personally and professionally, on the ongoing growth and development of the concrete pipe industry.

We thank Mel and his family for all the time and dedication he gave to the ACPA and our members over the years. He truly was a special friend and mentor who left an imprint on the industry that will last for generations to come.
Thank you for all that you have done, Mel, and thank you for all that your legacy will continue to do.
