Jeffrey Girard, BSCE
Biography
Jeff has over 20 years of experience in the Concrete and Stormwater Management industries. During his time at Lawrence Technological University Jeff spent 2 years performing research on Carbon Fiber Reinforced Bridges, under Dr. Nabil Grace.
As Director of the Concrete Pipe Association of Michigan, Jeff works with the Michigan DOT, local agencies and consultant engineers to ensure proper specification, installation and inspection practices are in place for Reinforced Concrete Pipe, Box Culverts and other precast concrete structures. He has an annual University outreach program providing Seminars for local Universities. Additionally, Jeff coordinates plant tours at the CPAM Member Plants and holds lunch & learns and webinars providing Continuing Education to Michigan Engineers.
Based in Armada, Michigan, Jeff has been working for the ACPA since April of 2017. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, County Road Association of Michigan, Michigan Association of County Drain Commissioners and ASTM.

Fun Fact:
Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, especially his partner (in crime) Lindsey and daughter Josephine. He enjoys visiting with family and friends, golfing, camping and traveling.
