Biography

Eghe is currently based in Irving, Texas, and has been with ACPA since December 2021. She has a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from University of Texas at Arlington and is working on a Masters in Structural Engineering. As a Technical Engineer, she focuses on key projects such as the QCast program, ISO accreditation, and technical design improvements. Eghe reviews and makes final decisions on QCast plants, manages data for the QCast dashboard, and contributes to technical updates. Her daily responsibilities include reviewing/updating technical items, managing QCast-related procedures, and being actively involved in industry meetings. She also stays engaged with the industry through plant tours and industry meetings, further enhancing her technical expertise.

"Concrete pipes were introduced in the 1800's and are still here today. That alone shows the resilience, strength, and sustainability of the pipes. The characteristic of the concrete pipe translates to the community as well, it is a close group of people that love their products and care about each other."

Fun Fact: Recently was a captain for UTA Steel Bridge team and it was the first time in over 20 years we made it to finals and the first time in UTA's history that we placed at nationals.
