The American Concrete Pipe Association (ACPA) is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer for a long-term, contract-based position. Working directly with the Vice President of Marketing, this role requires 25-40 hours per month, with occasional periods of increased workload. As an integral member of our Marketing, Education, Membership, and Events team, you will play a critical role in visually representing our industry, organization, and members.
This position involves creating a wide range of materials, including handouts, social media graphics, banners, posters, event logos, badges, annual reports, and short promotional videos. Proficiency in Canva is essential, as it serves as the primary tool for most projects, and all final designs must be Canva-compatible for future team edits. More than just a designer, we’re looking for a professional who can maintain and elevate our brand by identifying errors, suggesting improvements, and bringing innovative concepts to life.
Join our small, collaborative, and energetic team, where your expertise will be valued, your creativity encouraged, and your work integral to the success of the ACPA’s mission. If you’re ready to make a lasting impact while enjoying the flexibility of a contract role, we’d love to hear from you!

The Western Region Engineer (RE) works to support the ACPA’s Strategic Plan in the western territory. This includes the coastal states, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, New Mexico, Montana, and Wyoming. The overall goal is to increase the reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) and precast box culverts market share in the public sector, and ensure our products are appropriately specified within the territory and across the country. The RE position provides a national presence at the state and regional levels, enabling producing members to communicate and educate all relevant stakeholders (i.e. DOTs, municipalities, federal agencies, contractors, consultants, etc.) on the benefits of precast pipe and box culverts and the most appropriate manufacturing methods, design, and installation practices for their use.
