Quality School

Online Training at Your Pace

The Quality School of the American Concrete Pipe Association (ACPA) is an educational program offered to anyone interested in learning about production and quality practices of the concrete and precast industry. The school provides knowledge, training, and learning tools to students and the curriculum is focused on quality control and production practices typical for a concrete pipe and/or precast plant, and also satisfies your DOT and/or QCast plant certification requirements.

Since this Quality School is 100% online, you will need a laptop or a desktop computer with a microphone and a webcam as well as a good internet connection to be able to complete the accreditation.
As a student of the ACPA’s Online Quality School, you are able to complete the classes at your own pace, allowing you to review different components so you can develop a deeper understanding of the class material. Classes are taken in order and each one is separated into smaller sections with review questions. Once the questions are answered correctly, you will then be able to move to the next section. Each section can be taken as many times as necessary and if you have any questions, you can email the presenter directly for clarification.

Get Registered

  1. Fill in the registration form and make a payment by clicking here.
  2. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an enrollment email to create an account in the ACPA Learning Center. Your Learning Center account must use the same email you use to register for Quality School.
  3. You have 30 days to complete the online classes from the time of your first login.
  4. Once the online classes have been completed, ACPA will contact you to schedule the online, proctored, closed-book exam.
  5. Upon a successful completion of the exam you will receive a certification that is valid for five years.
  6. You will have to re-take the training under two circumstances: not completing all the courses in 30 days or not successfully passing the exam.

Presentations

All Quality School presentations are made available to students before and after the training.  This allows students to both better prepare for the upcoming training as well as reference the materials used throughout.  

ACPA Members can view the presentations at any time by clicking the link below.  Non-members will have to register for the training in order to gain access.
